Kolsquare, a French Company, (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of 19.116 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 529 297 483, whose office is located 124 rue Réaumur – 75002 Paris, represented by its President, Mr Quentin Bordage (“Kolsquare”) is the editor of the website www.influencermarketingklub.com (the “Website”).
The Website aims to present the influence marketing klub, an event organized by Kolsquare to exchange on opinions and information pertaining to influence marketing (the “Influence Marketing Klub”).
The users of the Website (the “Users”) will find in this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) the rules that Kolsquare applies when collecting and using information that can identify, directly or indirectly, a User (the “Personal Data”).
By using the Website, Users are bound by the Privacy Policy, which may be modified or updated at any time. Any modification will be posted on the Website. Kolsquare therefore invites Users to consult the Privacy Policy regularly. If the modifications or updates concern elements for which the consent of the Users had been required, Kolsquare will inform the Users in order to obtain their consent again.
Kolsquare processes Users’ Personal Data as a controller.
Kolsquare determines the purposes and means of the processing of Users’ Personal Data and undertakes to process their Personal Data in compliance with Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computer technology, computer files and civil liberties, known as the “Loi Informatique et Libertés”, as well as with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data (together, “Data Protection Regulation”).
Kolsquare undertakes in particular to collect and process Personal Data fairly, lawfully, for specific and legitimate purposes and by respecting the rights of Users.
Kolsquare processes Users’ Personal Data in order to manage and process Users’ request, in particular to respond to request for information made on the Website and to request to join the Influence Marketing Klub and participate to an event (legal basis: legitimate interest of Kolsquare to manage the Influence Marketing Klub community).
Kolsquare collects directly from Users (by a contact form), and processes the following Personal Data:
These Personal Data are mandatory: if the User does not provide Kolsquare with these Personal, Kolsquare will not be able to respond to the User’s request.
Users are obliged to provide Kolsquare with their data in a truthful, accurate and genuine manner and to update it as soon as this proves necessary.
Kolsquare ensures that Users’ Personal Data are only kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Kolsquare retains information pertaining to Users, if the Users are not Kolsquare’s clients, for up to 3 years from the last contact with the Users.
Kolsquare takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks associated with the processing of their Personal Data.
Kolsquare follows industry’s best practices to ensure that Personal Data are not accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost, altered, disclosed or accessed in an unauthorized manner.
In the event that Kolsquare becomes aware of an illegal access or a violation of the Personal Data stored on our servers or those of our providers, or of an unauthorized access resulting in the realization of high risks for the rights and fundamental freedoms of the Users, Kolsquare will take the necessary measures to limit the damage that may result, will notify the French Data Protection Authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, and will inform the Users in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.
Subject to Data Protection Regulation, Users of the Website have the right to access its Personal Data, to request the erasure of their Personal Data, the right to obtain communication thereof in a structured and readable form (save legitimate impediment). Users also have the right to object to (including profiling) or limit the processing of their Personal Data.
Users have the right to bring a claim before the competent Supervisory authority (in France, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés “CNIL”) and define guidance relating to their digital will.
Where Users have given their consent to Kolsquare, they may withdraw such at any time, being specified that any previous processing of their Personal Data will remain lawful.

In accordance with the Data Protection Regulations, Kolsquare will have one month to respond to any request, subject to a possible extension of two additional months, and reserve the right to object to any requests considered unreasonable due to the repetitive nature thereof.
Finally, Users are informed that Kolsquare may, in the event of doubt as to Users’ identity, ask Users for proof of identity in order to prevent any unauthorized access to their Personal Data.
When consulting the Website, some information relating to the browsing habits of Website’s Users may be recorded in “cookie” files installed on their terminals (computer, tablet, cell phone or any other device optimized for the Internet).
Kolsquare uses cookies of navigation, which are cookies necessary for the proper technical functioning of the Website, as they allow for the optimization of the display of the content from each terminal and for the application of security parameters ("cfuvid" and “cf_bm” cookies), which expire when the User closes his browser ( for the cfuvid cookie), or after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity by the User (for the cf_bm cookie).
Webflow, the host of the Website, uses: Cloudflare WAF and Bot Management to block common and malicious software, and credential stuffing attacks. Traffic data is generated when Users' terminals are connected to the Internet and to the Website.
This data may be used for statistical purposes to analyze the Website traffic and improve the Website by adapting it to Users' needs. Kolsquare never uses traffic data by name.
We may modify this policy at any time, in particular in order to comply with any regulatory, legal, editorial or technical developments.
